Hi! Welcome! I’m Kirsten Dupuy. I’m a wife, mother, recent empty nester and a wanna be retired homemaker. I’m also a ministry instructor who just can’t get over her relationship with Jesus Christ!

The Lord is so incredible! It blows my mind how throughout the years of my journey with the Lord, despite my many flaws and failures, He has never given up on me. Our God continuously works in the lives of His children to move their hearts closer to Himself! Part of the work He has done in my life has been to give me a deep heartfelt desire to see Christian women develop the kind of heart towards GOD that cries “Hineni” (“here am I”) in response to His call on their lives.

The Lord affects our hearts so we can effectively affect others for Him. As such, I’m trusting the Lord to use Hineni Hearts to cause you to:

RELATE – As I share the lessons the Lord has been teaching me to change my heart for Him, I believe that you’ll be able to relate in a very real way. While its true that we each have our own individual journey’s, uniquely designed just for us, we’re really not that different. Each of us must navigate and walk a path that sometimes is more like an obstacle course.  At times it’s a bumpy road littered with the debris of tests and trials which can derail us and catapult us deep into the valleys of life.  During these challenging times how does the Lord want our hearts to respond?

REFLECT – As you read this blog, I encourage you to reflect on how God is trying to reach your heart with the same life lesson. Some lessons are easy and thankfully we learn them very quickly. Other lessons, however, the Lord has to repetitively present them to us through a variety of circumstances and different situations in order to gradually peel away all the layers of our stubborn will.  What difficult situation is the Lord allowing right now in your life to make your heart more like Christ?

REJOICE – As we see the Lord transforming our hearts both for our good and for His glory we can rejoice! We need to have a surrendered heart in order to have a servants heart!

Interesting Tid Bits About me:

* I’m a recovering “all or nothing” kind of girl. Black and white are still my favorite colors        but the Lord is teaching me to successfully navigate the gray areas of life.

* I really want to end every single sentence I write with an exclamation point! See?!! I love      them!!!

* I’m absolutely in awe of how God created nature. HE is the Ultimate Artist! The sun and planets are perfectly round! No two snowflakes are the same!  He created Blue Jays and Red Cardinals!  Don’t even get me started on the Cuttlefish and the way it can copy any color or pattern!  God’s creation leaves me speechless! It screams of His Majesty!

* I love alliteration. Did you see it?-“Relate, Reflect, Rejoice”? I’ll do my best to keep it under control, but I can’t make any promises.

* I tend to “think” I have the ability to be clever so I’m always trying to come up with clever sayings like: “An Optimist will always think a Realist is a Pessimist” or “The reason the grass always seems greener on the other side is because it’s full with the envy of those who decided to go there.”
Clever right?! I came up with that all by myself! (If someone else tries to claim it-they’ll have to prove it to me)!
